A strange kind of triple, not really belonging on this site, is the infamous three-wheeled Mjölner, designed and built by craftsman Lennarth Zander. Mjölner is equipped with a 250+ hp turbocharged Suzuki GSXR750W engine, and fortunately the speedometer is coupled to one of the front wheels so 265 km/h can be clearly read without regard to annoying wheelspin. Mjölner's attention factor is extraordinarily high: incognito riding is impossible. Its black rough appearance, together with Lennarth's habit of "instant lane-change", guarantees football-sized eyes on all fellow trafficants. The most spectacular trick is to accelerate the beast to 13000 rpm, which means a veritable sound explosion, a 10" wide black stripe on the tarmac and a multiple-G force on poor Lennarth's body. The 1972 H2, belonging to stunned spectator and touring (!) partner Gunnar Linn, sports no more than its original 74 hp plus whatever the Gast pipes might bring along. And it has only two wheels.
