We received a letter from Michael:

Hello.

I would like to start by saying thank you for your web page. It is put together very well. Before the Internet it wasn't often that you met people with the same passion for the triples. Because of web pages like yours it really brings everybody together. Not to mention the information that it provides.

My brother bought a 1972, H2-750 brand new in 1972. At the time he bought it he was only fourteen. He was a high achiever. He scuba dived at the age of 8. He soloed in an airplane at the age of 12. He had to wait until he was 16 to get his pilots license, which he did. He raced motorcycles and formula ford cars. When he was in high school he was running his own billboard company. Unfortunately he passed away in 1991. My brother and I was very close, I miss him very much. When he died I received all his possessions. He still had the H2-750. I still have the bike today and still ride it. I
rode the bike just before I wrote this letter.

The bike isn't in perfect shape, but it is in great shape. I would like to restore it to look brand new again. I would like to keep as many original parts on it as I can. The bike still has all of its original parts except for the handle bars (which I am in the market for) and the pipes. Back in the 70s my brother put a set of Bill Wirges Chambers from Kawasaki on the
bike which are still on the bike today. I still have the original pipes, but they need some restoring. There are some rust spots here and there, but not bad. I have never restored a bike before. I would like to know if you could give me some pointers or direct me in the right direction to find parts and information? I have included a picture of the bike as it is today. You can put it on your web site.

Please keep up the good work
Michael
