These two H2's are rolling advertisment for the firm Purple Haze Racing in Lakewood, Colorado, owned by Ron and Laurie Reichert.

This one is the couple's street bike, a 1973 750 H2A called "Wild thing". It is equipped with a stage 2 PHR motor. The tank decals will be replaced and that is why the rear fender is off.

This is "Purple Haze", a 1975 750 H2C drag bike. It is completely street legal, with a 180 hp stage 3 nitrous motor; it runs 9.40 e t at 146 mph in the 1/4 mile. Billet Aluminum heads, air shifter, lock-up clutch and stinger chambers. Wheelie bars are mounted for the races to keep it from going over. "It is quite a ride".
